Healthcare

Healthcare software that clinicians will actually use.

Telemedicine, scheduling, records and patient portals, designed around how a clinic runs, with role-based access, encryption and audit trails built in rather than added for the assessor.

Healthcare

Better systems lead to better care.

Clinical software fails when it adds clicks to a day that has none to spare. Every extra screen between a clinician and a patient is time taken from care, and staff route around tools that slow them down.

We begin with the workflow (who does what, in what order, under what pressure) and build software that removes steps. Privacy and compliance are requirements of the design, never a layer on top.

  1. Disconnected systems

Scheduling, records, billing and messaging living in separate tools, reconciled by hand at the end of the week.

  2. Sensitive data everywhere

Patient information in inboxes, spreadsheets and shared drives, with no clear record of who looked at what.

  3. Tools built for billing, not care

Interfaces that follow the insurer's form rather than the consultation, so clinicians type instead of listening.

  4. Patients left guessing

No easy way to book, reschedule, see results or ask a question without phoning reception.

Solutions

What we build for healthcare.

01

Telemedicine platforms

Remote consultations that work on a patient's phone without an install or a support call.

  • Secure video consultations
  • Provider dashboards and waiting rooms
  • Appointment scheduling and reminders
  • E-prescription and referral workflows
  • Payment and insurance capture
  • Consultation notes and history
02

Practice and records systems

Clinical documentation and practice management shaped around your specialties.

  • Documentation templates by specialty
  • Lab and imaging integrations
  • ICD and CPT coding support
  • Role-based permissions
  • Complete audit trails
  • HL7 and FHIR interoperability
03

Patient portals and apps

Self-service for patients, fewer calls for reception.

  • Online booking and rescheduling
  • Visit summaries and care plans
  • Lab result access
  • Secure messaging with the care team
  • Bill payment
  • Health tracking and reminders

Built in, not bolted on

Privacy and compliance, by design

We build to support your obligations under HIPAA, GDPR and local health-data rules, and work with your compliance officer or assessor throughout. We are an engineering firm, not a certification body.

  1. Encryption in transit and at rest

TLS everywhere, encrypted databases and storage, and managed keys with rotation.

  2. Least-privilege access

Role-based permissions down to the record, with break-glass access that is logged and reviewed.

  3. Audit trails

An immutable record of who viewed or changed patient data, queryable when you need it.

  4. Vendor agreements

Infrastructure and services chosen from providers that will sign the data-processing agreements you require.

FAQ

Healthcare: common questions.

Is the software you build HIPAA compliant?

Compliance belongs to your organisation and how the software is operated, not to the code alone. We build the technical safeguards HIPAA expects (encryption, access controls, audit logging, backups) on infrastructure covered by a business associate agreement, and document it for your assessor.

Can you integrate with our existing EHR?

Usually. We work with HL7 and FHIR interfaces and vendor APIs where they exist. In discovery we confirm what your vendor actually exposes, since that is often the real constraint.

Do you build AI features for healthcare?

Yes, for administrative and documentation tasks such as summarising notes, triaging messages and drafting letters, always with clinician review. We do not build tools that make unsupervised clinical decisions.

Where is patient data hosted?

In cloud accounts you own, in the region your regulations require. We document every service that touches patient data and why.
